Dolch Sight Words Help Children Read
When children enter school, they are given a basic list of words to learn how to read. This list of words are called the Dolche Word List. They are words that kids should be able to read by sight, not by sounding them out. The earlier that children learn these words, the better their chances are for reading success at an early age. Dolche words are the most common words that we read. They are very basic, and easy for children to learn.
